Announcement of Student ID Numbers for New Students of the Graduate School 

– Spring Semester 2026

1. 학번조회 ☜ 클릭  [2월24일(화) 부터 조회 가능]

   Student ID Number < Click Here  [Available from Tue, Feb 24]

  ▶  성명, 수험번호, 생년월일 입력 후 확인

  ▶ Enter your full name, application number, and date of birth to check.

  ※ 외국인의 경우 지원당시 성명의 대소문자, 띄어쓰기가 정확하게 일치하여야 하며 조회가 되지 않는 경우 국제교류팀으로 지원당시 성명, 수험번호, 생년월일 확인

※ For international students, the name must match exactly as submitted at the time of application (capitalization, spacing etc.). If the search is unsuccessful, please contact the International Exchange Team and confirm your full name, application number, and date of birth.

2. 중앙대학교 포탈 가입 ☜ 클릭  [2월24일(화) 부터 가입 가능]

   CAU Portal Registration <Click Here [Available from Tue, Feb 24]

  ▶  로그인 -> 통합 ID 신청 -> 가입(학번입력)

  ▶ Login → Apply for Integrated ID → Register (enter Student ID number)

[신입생학번] 2026학년도 전반기 신입생 학번 안내

※ 기존 중앙대학교 구성원은 기존 포탈 ID 계속 이용 [신규가입 및 아이디변경불가] ※

   1) 기존ID로 포탈 로그인 

   2) 우측 상단 본인 이름 클릭-> "대표신분설정"  -> 원하는 신분 클릭 

※ Current CAU members must continue using their existing Portal ID [New registration and ID changes not permitted] ※

1. Log in with your existing Portal ID

2. Click your name (top right) → “대표신분설정(Set Representative Status)” → Select desired status

※ 외국인인데 대표신분설정에 현재 석사 또는 박사 신분이 안나와요!?

 → 과거 신분의 외국인등록번호와 현재 신분의 외국인등록번호가 불일치하는 경우 포탈 연동이 되지 않습니다. 

 → 현재 학번으로 신규가입 또는 현재 외국인등록번호와 동일하게 과거 신분의 "학적부기재사항정정" 신청 바랍니다.
