2023년 2월(20221학년도 전기) 학위수여식 관련하여 다음과 같이 알려드립니다.

1. 학위수여식 일정 : 2023년 2월 17일(금) 10:30

2. 장소 : 서울캠퍼스 중앙문화예술관(301관) 대극장

3. 학위수여식 참석 방법

▣ 박사 학위수여자 : 지정 좌석 운영, 행사 참석 대상자 조사 예정

- 사회자의 호명에 따라 단상에서 개별 학위수여 진행합니다.

- 행사 참석 가능 여부를 조사 예정입니다. (이후 변동 불가)

- 행사 시작 15분 전까지(10시 15분까지) 지정 좌석에 착석해야 합니다. (좌석안내도 배치 예정)

- 박사 학위수여 동선 관련 안내가 별도로 있을 예정입니다. 내용 숙지 부탁드립니다.

- 박사 학위기는 행사종료 후, 301관 4층 로비에서 배부합니다. (수령방법은 행사 당일 안내해 드립니다.)

▣ 석사 학위수여자 : 자율참석이며 대표자만 단상에서 수여

- 학위기는 302관(대학원) 1층 105호에서 배부합니다. (17일 당일)

▣ 수상자 및 학위수여 대표자 : 개별 연락 예정

- 별도 동선 관련 안내가 있을 예정입니다. 내용 숙지 부탁드립니다.

- 행사 시작 20분 전까지(10시 10분까지) 지정 좌석에 착석해야 합니다. (좌석안내도 배치 예정)

4. 가운 대여 관련 안내

- 석사 가운 대여 관련 : 총무팀에서 대여 진행

- 박사 가운 개별 준비 : 개인이 별도 준비

5. 석사 학위기 배부센터 운영

- 운영 기간 : 2023년 2월 17일(금) 10:00~17:00

(기간 이후에는 대학원교육지원팀 방문하여 수령)

- 장소 : 302관 105호

- 대리수령은 위임장과 위임인 신분증 사본, 대리인 신분증 지참하여 방문(첨부 참조)

6. 참고 사항

- 증명서 발급 : 학위수여증명서는 2023년 2월 17일(금) 오후부터 발급 가능 예정임.

- 도서관의 대출도서 미납 시 제증명 발급이 불가 함.

- 코로나 등으로 변동상황이 발생할 경우 재안내 드리겠습니다.

- 행사 당일 참석하지 못하여 학위기를 수령하지 못한 경우, 언제든 대학원교육지원팀 근무시간 내에 방문하시면 수령 가능합니다.

2023 February Graduation Ceremony

♣ Regarding the graduation ceremony, we inform as follows.

Schedule: February 17ty, 2023 Friday 10:30 a.m.

Location: CAU Seoul Campus Art Center (Building 301) Grand Theater

3. How to attend the graduation ceremony

▣ Ph.D degree recipient: designated seating operation, proceed survey for the attendance

- Whenever the host call the name, recipient will come up to the stage individually to receive the degree.

- Need to let the graduate school office know if you will be attending the ceremony and it will be unable to change the schedule.

- Need to be seated on the designated seat by 10:15 a.m. (Seating chart will be provided)

- There will be a guide for traffic on stage will be provided for the Ph.D degree recipient. Please be aware of the guide.

- After the event, the doctor\\'s Certificate of Degree will be distributed in the lobby on the 4th floor of Building 301. (We will inform you of how to receive it on the day of the event.)

▣ Masters degree recipient: There will be no designated seats, and it will be autonomous attendance. Only the representative will be receiving the degree on the platform.

- the diploma will be distributed in building 302- Room 105 (Graduate School Builiding)

▣ Grantor and Degree-granting Representative

- There will be separate route guidance soon. Please be aware of the content.

- Need to be seated 20min before the ceremony starts ( seated by 10:10 a.m. and the seating chart will be provided)

4. Guidance on gown rental

- Schedule for master’s degrees: General Affair Department will be in charge of rental gowns

- Prepare individually for Doctorate

5. Operation of distributing Certificate of Degree(Masters)

- Operation period :February 17ty, 2023 Fri 10:30 a.m.​ 10:00 a.m. ~ 17:00 p.m.

(After the period, visit graduate school support department)

- Location : Building 302 Room 105

- The substitute recipient visits with a letter of attorney, a copy of the delegate\\'s ID card, and a substitute recipient\\'s ID card.

6. Notes

- Certificate issued : Certificate of Degree can be issued starting February 17ty, 2023 Friday 10:30 a.m.​ afternoon

- If you fail to pay the loan book from the library, it is not possible to issue proof such as Certificate of Degree, etc.
